telnet server enable这条配置，不知道怎么回事？

[HUAWEI]telnet server enable

Warning: Telnet is not a secure protocol, and it is recommended to use Stelnet.

telnet不是安全协议，j建议启用stelnet协议

[HUAWEI]stelnet server enable

<HUAWEI> system-view
[HUAWEI] aaa
[HUAWEI-aaa] local-aaa-user password policy administrator
[HUAWEI-aaa-lupp-admin] password history record number 0

修改密码的记录条数为0 就不会出现the password has appeared in recent 5 times 的错误提示

不过修改密码的是还是会出现错误提示

the user of this service-type is not allowed to use a reversible encrypt
